李兴财,男,1984年3月出生,宁夏中卫人,中共党员,工学博士,教授,硕士生/博士生导师。现为宁夏青年科技工作者协会理事,中国青年科技工作者协会会员,入选宁夏科技创新领军人才培养计划、宁夏“312”国内引才计划、宁夏青年科技人才托举工程、“西部之光”等人才工程。主持完成国家自然科学基金3项,宁夏自然科学基金、宁夏科技支撑计划项目、宁夏重点研发计划项目3项,发表学术论文30余篇,授权发明专利4项。
